Zhaohui WANG is an associate professor at the China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing (CUMTB). He is born in October 1987, Shandong Province, P. R. China. He got his MS and PhD degrees in Mining Engineering from the CUMTB within 2011-to-2017. In 2016, he went abroad and studied inthe University of Ottawa as a visiting scholar for one year. In June 2017, he worked at the CUMTB asa postdoctoral fellow. In September 2019, he started working as a Lecturer. In July 2021, he promoted tobeanassociate professor. He was selected for the Young Talent Lift project in 2020 and he won the Coal Youth Technology Award in 2023. His research interests include rock mechanics for underground mining, ground control, mining induced stress, and top-coal cavability assessment. The following is the representative publications:
